Microsoft Outlook 2003 was the primary client email application used in
our office to send and receive email messages. In my work experiences, I always
encounter a problem with Microsoft Outlook 2003. There are times that when you
open the Microsoft Outlook 2003, messages from the Inbox folder are not
displayed. Sometimes, some messages cannot be open and cannot be read.
The reason why it happen was the pst file of Outlook 2003 is corrupted
and damaged. All messages and settings of Outlook 2003 were stored in the form
of pst files. Microsoft Office have a solution to this problem. There is a repair tool
to fix the pst file. This repair tool is called SCANPST. The location of SCANPST
file is located in the following path:

For Microsoft Office 2007
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\scanpst.exe

For Microsoft Office 2003

If you cannot see the SCANPST in above path, you can use the Search
features of Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 to see the location of
SCANPST. After you locate this repair tool, double click it. When it opens up,
locate the pst file that you are going to repair by clicking the browse button. After
